We've discussed Wilson's Snipes in the past.

Here, though, they call "kip, kip, kip" from the wooden fenceposts, or fly in circles high overhead fanning their tail feathers to make the hollow, haunting, "whoo-whoo-whoo-whoo-whoo" sound.
